On Saturday, March 5, 2022, I made a purchase of a gold-colored rope necklace which was approximately 18 inches in length. The marking on the item noted 14K Italy, which implies it is real Italian gold and is genuine or authentic, as you charged me $599.99 and, with tax, $638.99. Once I left your store, I had the item evaluated for authenticity at a local jeweler that validated this was counterfeit jewelry. They are refusing to refund me even though they are now in possession of the item.Florida law, selling counterfeit merchandise is a misdemeanor or felony. The marking on the jewelry and the price you charged me implies the product is real.

My favorite Goodwill... I always go here when in town and get all sorts of goodies. Today I got 2 large plastic bins for $3 each, an awesome The Sak purse, some nice glassware half off, and some high end clothes for me and 2 daughters. BTW the staff is very friendly. I noted someone said they were rude but if you are nice to people then you get nice in return.

This location is in serious need of more shopping carts, there are never any to be found. I’m sure people would buy more if they had a cart. Also, the line to check out, most days is to the jewelry counter with 1-2 cashiers.
