Anthony Fazzio5 StarI worked with Greg to buy my first condo a few years ago. I liked working with him so much that I called him up again more recently when I bought my second condo. I really trust him and feel like he's someone I can count on to look out for my interests and help guide me through the home buying process. He's been fantastic to work with. He's really experienced. He knows the real estate market around here really well. And he's great at negotiating and working through any issues that came up with the sellers. I had some hiccups with my bank taking longer than planned to approve lending and the HOA providing the necessary paperwork. Greg helped me work through all those issues and was great at negotiating with the seller to extend the contingencies and put their minds at ease. He made everything go so smoothly. In fact, it was way smoother than I could have imagined. I was apprehensive about buying a home thinking it was going to be really difficult. It wasn't at all with Greg. He took care of everything and just made it all happen. I couldn't be happier. I owe him a huge debt of gratitude.
