He and his team went above and beyond to serve it (me being a new homeowner) he explained every step and guided us through each phase of buying property, things to look for, rigorous negotiating on our behalf and moreover facilitating with move, inspections. If there were more than 5 stars, I would have opted for it. He made it a totally personalized experience for me and my family.

I have nothing but good things to say about Moin. I have worked with him through three home transactions. We bought our first home with him and then used his services again when moving to our new home. Throughout my interactions with him, Moin has been extremely professional, courteous and patient with us. As buyers, the hardest part is always trying to find an agent who respects your opinions/choices and does not push a home simply because he is getting more commission from the sale. We are glad we chose Moin because he always gave us good advice about the homes we saw and never tried to push a sale. We had a rough time finding a home this summer and Moin must have showed us over 20 homes. I really appreciated his patience with us as we tried finding the perfect home for our family. Moin also negotiated a higher than listing price for the home we were selling. In short, you won't go wrong if you choose Moin as your agent. He is someone who takes time to understand your situation and works with you to get the job done. Also, a huge shout out to Marianne! She did a phenomenal job coordinating visits and always responded in a timely manner!

He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. We used Moin Haque to sell our home in Bolingbrook couple of months back and he was outstanding. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. The Moin Haque Real Estate Team stood out as the best Naperville has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Moin and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, Though it was located pretty decent neighborhood of Bolingbrook adjacent to Naperville/Plainfield community with hundreds of similar homes would be tough to sell. Moin made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The second buyer that saw the property put in an offer. Our house went under contract 1 days after we put it on the market at above asking price. We accepted and Moin (Ebad and Marianne, who was also incredibly friendly and helpful) walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I've recommended the Moin Haque Real Estate Team to everyone I know. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.
