Josh Jacobs recently helped my brother and I sell our family home in Randolph, NJ as part of an estate sale. He knew exactly what to do to maximize the value of the home. Never once did I doubt his strategy in pricing, his advice in what offer to accept (we received over 100 offers), or the quality of any of the contract workers he brought in. There was a fair amount that needed to be done (septic repair, closing various permits, etc), and Josh made it all seamless. He kept everything on track, and even stepped in to help the buyer with their lender in order to keep the deal together. His communication and professionalism is unparalleled.Friday 4th February 2022
