Recently, I inherited a property in Fairfax VA. I live in Connecticut, so I was concerned about the logistics. A friend of mine up here who is with Compass gave me Natalie Vaughn's contact info. From the very first meeting, my experience with Natalie has been nothing short of phenomenal. I had never been through a soups-to-nuts real estate selling experience, and Natalie was patient, extremely kind, and very knowledgable about the market and how to present the house for showing. Natalie had a "crew" for anything I might need, however, when I mentioned that a friend of mine were planning to do our own estate sale, she never pushed her own people. Every time I was in Fairfax, she would always asking if I needed any assistance - she was very attentive. Because I inherited the house from a relative who I adored, this was also an emotionally painful time for me. Natalie was the perfect match and if I ever have occasion to recommend her to someone in that area, I would not hesitate for one second to do so. We were always on the same page, and I literally could not have done it without her. Natalie is the type of person who doesn't just want to sell houses - helping people through the process of buying and selling is a big part of her motivation! We had the pleasure of working with both Natalie and Jason when buying our first home in late 2021. Natalie went out of her way to make sure we were informed and comfortable with every step, from the initial search to signing all the paperwork at closing. She was honest and open with us throughout and continually pointed out things we wouldn’t have thought of. When it came time to negotiate our offer, Jason was sharp, forthcoming, knowledgeable, and unrelenting. Natalie has continued to follow up with us since we moved in to make sure we are happy and provide recommendations. Natalie is everything you could want in a real estate agent. Her advice is always spot on and practical. She really hears what her clients are saying and works with them to make their dreams come true.
