Jan Allen represented my husband and me as our real estate agent during a very stressful time. We had to move across the country and find a new place in a new state within a matter of weeks. I don't usually gush about people or write reviews voluntarily, but Jan deserves it as she went above and beyond her role as an agent. Jan was incredibly quick, steady, easily reachable by phone and text, and her communication skills were impeccable. Her wealth of knowledge and experience truly sets her apart, and she will represent you well. She knows her stuff AND she cares! Not only was she a brilliant advisor -- without making us feel forced into any decision -- but she was also attentive to many small matters. It may not seem like a big deal, but such attention to details was so important to us! She made sure we were connected to the right people at all times. She spent one evening going through her contacts and carefully selecting a pet sitting recommendation for us as we had to travel in the midst of closing. At the end of this experience, we knew that she had (and has!) our best interest at heart. I think people are forced to expose their true nature during times of crisis. And was she on point and at her very best at the worst times! I would definitely use her services again in the future and cannot recommend her enough.
