If you want someone who will speak up for you and is competent, professional, and patient. Look no further! Janelle jumped straight in from the start to help me. My process was not long, but I did get a bit discouraged with the market and Janelle always kept me encouraged. She always responded quickly I contacted her. Being a first-time home buyer, Janelle took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me and answered all my questions. Where do I start , I got Janelle’s number from my aunt where she got her number from so I called her about three years ago an questioned her down with 1,000 questions me an my wife, she told us call her no matter what time of the day it is, she said idc if it’s 1:30 am call if you have a question, we put off buying a house for a few years, three years later here we are we found our beautiful first home ! I would need many more than 140 characters to explain how awesome Janelle was throughout the entire home purchase process. From the work she did prior, her great communication during the search, and then most importantly through the inspection and closing process. She’s a true pro. She has great knowledge of all the surrounding areas. There is only one realtor to use -and that is Janelle Dunn of Weichert Real Estate. She pretty much became part of my extended family as a result of my purchase process. I'll never use another realtor and neither should you.
