Jimmy exceeded all expectations and we are highly recommending him for his expertise, work ethic and professionalism! We bought a house remotely, so having the right real estate agent was key. Jimmy was extremely helpful throughout the process. Although we looked at a considerable number of houses, and even changed our minds a few times, Jimmy listened to what we wanted and never tried to over-sell or pressure us into making a decision. He was incredibly responsive to us by email, text and phone; it did not matter the day of week or time of day, Jimmy answered within minutes even at 11PM on Saturday nights. His relationship did not end when we signed the escrow papers - Jim continued to help us to assure the whole experience was amazingly fantastic. We recently bought a house with Jimmy's help. We've been working with Jimmy for over a year. Recently, we upgraded our primary home and Jimmy helped us with the entire process - all the way from helping us narrow down our search to closing. He helped us get a good deal and even negotiated credits for minor repairs that needed to be done on the house. Since we were buying a resale house, Jimmy guided us and made sure we were aware of what comes with an older house, what to look for and helped us do our due diligence to ensure everything was inspected properly before moving onto the next stage. He is very detail oriented and also very communicative. We always felt in the loop of what was going on and always felt supported. We really like the house and were able to close it on time. My home buying experience with Jimmy was great. He is very responsive and takes action quickly. I lost count of how many times he scheduled an appointment with extremely short notice. He is very knowledgeable about the market. Also, His recommendations for the people to work with were extremely useful and made the process super smooth. Finally, I would like to share that we send more than 500 texts back and forth, excluding numerous calls, during the process, and he was nothing but helpful and friendly even though a lot of them happened at night time. I recommend working with him.
