I ultimately didn’t end up buying a house then but recently started looking again in a new city and thanks to everything Joanna taught me I feel significantly more prepared this time around. I wish I could have brought Joanna with me for my new search but thanks to her I know what to look for in houses, what are red flags, and when it is a good investment. I highly recommend Joanna to anyone looking to buy a home in Kansas City especially new home buyers. William Foster5 StarI am a local mortgage lender in Kansas City. I work with a lot of great realtors but I have to say Joanna is one of my absolute favorites. I feel like she really takes the time to find out what her clients need and want in a home and then helps find that. She also takes extra time to make sure that her clients are completely comfortable with all of the costs and payments associated with the mortgage as well. She is one of the few realtors that always wants to see a loan estimate when we pre-approve somebody. Awfel World5 StarAbsolutely love this realtor! She has assisted not only myself but so many friends I referred. She’s informative, comfortable- no pressure and it’s obvious she genuinely cares! We all know shopping for a house is such a scary experience but not here! She is a real person, that walks thru not just finding you a house, but a true home and I couldn’t be happier to have worked with her! Even if it’s not just purchasing a home, she’s so helpful in assisting with home needs, references of inspectors and just plum so knowledgeable without being intimidating!
