We were 100% satisfied with Joe. Not only did he come out in 1 snowstorm, but he came out in 2 snowstorms and showed us properties. He listened to what we wanted and found it. Joe never wasted our time with what he thought was good, but instead he found what "we" wanted. Kind, happy, positive, down to earth and very professional. Joe was just wonderful, he was so efficient and active in the search of our new home. We were looking for a house to rent, he sent us the application and he created a portal for us where we would see houses within our monthly budget, we would tell him which house we were interested in and he was just amazing contacting them and sending our application (even some houses that weren't in the portal). I would absolutely recommend him to anyone I know.
