Josh was an amazing help in buying my new home here in Philly! I couldn't be happier with the service he and the rest of the team provided. He was able to help me navigate a process that could have easily been a long and tedious one without him. I moved from out of state and was unable to be here in person most of the time. My work and personal schedules made it impossible for me to make the 600+ mile trip very often. I thought this would complicate the home buying process considerably, but Josh's excellent service, communication, and follow-through made this a non-issue. He was able to do remote showings via Face Time and provided invaluable feedback about things that were right or wrong about specific properties. He has a keen eye for detail and many times pointed out red flags or issues that I would have missed. This certainly helped me to avoid some major mistakes that would have been costly later. He was extremely responsive to any questions I had, regardless of when or how I reached out. Whether by phone, text, or email, I always had a response from Josh very quickly. Throughout everything he kept the process running smoothly, working with sellers, agents, inspectors, and service men as needed to make sure we were moving forward. Even though there were many steps, I never wondered about where we were in the process or what we were waiting on. Josh kept me updated and informed every step of the way. Most of all, I really felt like Josh had my best interest in mind the entire time. It was clear that he was not helping me buy a home just to get a pay check. He had a genuine interest in helping find the right home for me. I love my new home and hope to be making memories here for years to come! I can't recommend Josh highly enough! Josh was able to navigate two buyers and two separate sellers at the same time to ensure my wife's twin sister gets their home at the same time. Very complex! Josh has gone above and beyond and has made our buying experience seamless. My sister and I both bought homes at the same time and Josh took every right step to ensure we got our offers accepted and have very quickly closed. My experience of working with Josh was nothing short of excellent. Let’s start with the fact that he listens to his clients and goes out of his way to accommodate and communicate with you. Josh ONLY has his clients best interests at heart and it’s apparent from the moment you start talking to him. Why have a pushy Realtor when you can feel comfortable that Josh will represent you in the manner you feel comfy with AND get you great results. I’ve purchased a few properties at this stage in my life but I’m beyond grateful that Josh listened and guided me through buying my first Triplex.

He was fully transparent in his communications and walk-throughs; it was very apparent that he cared that where we ended up was a good fit and not just trying to get us into a place ASAP to make a commission.
