It's hard when you are buying or selling a home so it really makes a difference when you have someone you can Trust as your realtor. Someone who looks out for your best interest for your family whether you're selling or buying . Judy did both and was wonderful!!! Judy made sure that I got all the help and support that I needed to sell my home.. I was nervous about selling the home we-raised our family in. It was big and beautiful to us and we had beautiful family times. But our 1963 brick ranch needed a bigger family than mine. Our children were grown and the home was too big to manage. So i asked Judy to help find a family with children to run and play in the backyard enjoy baking and cooking and eating dinner in the kitchen or dinning room and share holidays. Judy did exactly that and to top it off Judy had it ONLY ON the market for 5 days. I had 8 .showings, and it was sold at TOP 🔝 DOLLAR!!! I am deeply grateful I rented for about 6 months to take a break and then I turned to Judy again looking to buy and she help me find the perfect townhouse. Judy hit out of the park. We love our home. We love our new neighborhood and we got it for the right price she has great skills for negotiating a good deal. It's as if it is her family and finances. I interviewed three other candidates to sell our home. After interviewing we chose Judy Reed. Immediately we felt Judy's personality and energy would be just what we needed to sell this home. Judy offered advice on pricing, and did all the staging in the home! The staging definitely made a difference for this large, empty home. Since we are out of state sellers, we depended on Judy and her team to look after our home and meet with various contractors throughout the process. She and her team are prompt and communicate all through the process so you know exactly what is going on. We had a full price offer within 3 days of home being listed and closed within 4 weeks! I purchased a home from Judy few years ago and when it came time to sell I wanted Judi to take care of us again. It was great dealing with her before and this time went very smoothly and quickly. She's staged our home to make it look Great for a first impression and we had four good offers within the first day.
