It is hard to put into words how amazing Julie Harshaw is. I had to sell my childhood home of 50 years and I could not have asked for a more compassionate and professional person to help me through this process. From the day I texted Julie to ask for her help, she was immediately responsive and got right on board with me. She made phone calls for me, provided multiple resources to help me get the home prepared for sale and also rolled up her own sleeves to help me do some of the hard work. This summer she helped me buy a house and made that and the processes of last summer feel easy even though I had never before done any of them. Julie is very quick to return phone calls and texts and always has answers to my questions or concerns. She also has the patience and experience that would put anyone at ease with the potentially stressful process of buying or selling of a home. She is a professional super star with her knowledge and in her presentation and at the same time she is very warm, friendly and caring.
