When we told Justin what we were looking for, he found us what we wanted within a couple of days. He gave us excellent advice on what to consider in making an offer and we had our new property in very short order. He was on top of everything we needed to do in the process of buying and kept tabs on what we had completed and needed to do, so that we sailed through the process. Any time a question arose, we had only to text him and he had an answer for us within minutes. Whenever there was an issue, Justin gave it his undivided attention until it was resolved. For example, when we checked the storage space that we thought went with our unit, it was full of boxes. We texted Justin and in next to no time he had found out that we'd been misinformed as to which space it was and that the storage space that belonged to our unit had only materials, such as extra kitchen tiles, that we would want to hold onto. Justin is extremely personable and makes everyone comfortable immediately. It was clear that the management of the building where we bought knew him and enjoyed working with him. It was the same with the title company. Through our entire buying experience, not only was there not one sour note, but also it was enjoyable mainly due to Justin's knowledge and experience. I cannot recommend Justin Kelley highly enough.

Justin Kelley is a lifesaver and made the process of finding a new apartment extremely effortless and easy. He was very professional, helpful, communicative, and made sure that I had the information I needed throughout the entire leasing/move process. He checked in with me to make sure that everything was good to go even after we found the apartment, and that is a testimony to how much Justin cares about his clients and making sure they are happy. When he sent me a portfolio of listings that met my criteria, I found it hard to find one I didn't like! We did five viewings in our first round, and a second wasn't necessary because I had already found the perfect place. I could not recommend Justin enough and if you are looking for a realtor, HE IS YOUR GUY. He will help you find the place of your dreams to call home. Thank you Justin!!!!!!

From touring to submitting our application to final walk-throughs and key pick-up, Justin made the process incredibly smooth and stress-free.
