I have known Karim for a long time. He helped us in the purchase of the house we live in now. Even though it was a foreclosure, he negotiated an additional price discount as well as tracked down from the builder odds and ends items that were missing from the house. If I buy or sell a property in the future, I would certainly use him as my broker. Most importantly, even though he wasn’t representing me at the time, I called upon him many times to ask his advice when I was trying to sell my father’s house two years ago.
