Kanton was a pleasure to work with when my Fiancé and I purchased our first home. He really listened to our feed back and gave us great advice in a professional, not pushy way. He quickly narrowed down our likes & dislikes while encouraging us to look at homes until we were completely satisfied. As a handy man himself, Kanton would also point things out that could potentially cause issues in the home. He would give us suggestions on how to fix it if we were truly interested in putting an offer down. We looked at several houses over a 2-3 month search & Kanton was able to accommodate our crazy schedules (working opposite shifts & planning a wedding.) Kanton is patient, professional, punctual & truly knows the ins and outs of real estate and/ or just being a home owner in general.
