Once that process was completed, Karen helped us to get our house listed - giving tips on what we should/should not do, what buyers look for and how to get the most out of selling our home. We not only sold our home in two days, but for over asking! Karen was incredibly helpful and patient (and boy did she need to be patient with us!) and the end result is, we sold our house quickly and walked away with a lot more money than I ever expected, and we are now living in our dream “forever” home.
