Keith Lombardi was literally a God send. We would not have found our forever home without him. We sent him 3 homes out of the blue and asked when he would be available. We were referred to Keith through a mutual friend. He responded to our text within minutes(a trend that he maintained up until and after our closing.), saying he would work on days and times for private showings. Later on that evening he responded and the three homes we sent him were set for our walk throughs the following night! We knew we found our guy right away. After about 2 rounds of us sending Keith homes and going through the private showings, Keith was very excited to show us a few of his hand picked houses, leading us up to his favorite. My wife fell in love and we were telling Keith to put offer in immediately. The final one was described as a newly flipped home. This is where Keith showed us his best trait, HONESTY. Within about 20 minutes of walking through what appeared to be a beautiful property. Keith openly admitted that something didn't seem right and immediately told us not to buy it. After a thorough walk thru by his hand picked contractor it proved that the sellers cut every corner possible. We walked away and the cabinet literally fell off the hinges as we shut the door. That was about the 15th house he showed us! He did not want us to go into a home with issues even thought. Any other cut-throat make a quick buck and move on realtor you meet out of the blue would of had us rolled over a barrel and stuck in a fixer-upper. This led us to the house we currently reside in. Keith and my wife got there first and we put an offer in the same night. Being well connected in the area Keith knew the selling realtor, which gave us an edge against others bidding on it. They accepted and the negotiations and closing couldn't have been smoother. He responded within 5 minutes of every question we had and you should definitely hire Keith to sell or help you buy your house. To top everything off he even stopped over the house our 2nd night there with a vase of flowers for our bay window and some tailored decorations to what we spoke about throughout the process. RESPONSIVE, HONEST, THOUGHTFUL - Keith Lombardi!!!
