Kyle Russell and the Keri Shull Team are one of the few realtors I’ve worked with that 1. I’ve actually enjoyed working with; 2. Do what they say they’re going to do; 3. Communicate well and often; and 4. Know their limitations and are honest with you! We had a “problem property” that other realtors had actually described as having a Scarlett Letter, but Kyle was happy to take on the challenge. He was honest with what we would need to do to get the property sold quickly, which was our goal. We sold in 4 days! He had a great strategy that relied on his strength of “knowing how a buyer’s mind works.” He even went above and beyond by helping me remove some stuff from the property that I was unable to do myself.
