Lauren Orsini and her team are the BEST! They helped us find our home in Caldwell 10 years ago and when it came time to move, went straight to Lauren and her team to market our home. What makes the Orsini team stand apart is that they are so incredibly thorough and responsive. Selling your home is stressful and daunting. Lauren and Lisa Oyama understand that. They took their time to explain the process and answer all our questions and even the ones we didn’t think of asking. They understand the market and helped us find the right timing and price point that brought us more offers than we could have imagined. They pointed out what was important to spruce up and what could be left alone. Their entire team is top-notch including the photographer who took amazing pictures that truly showed the home for potential buyers. Our house was listed on a Thursday and under contract just a week later. 10 years ago, we thought the Orsini team went above and beyond and that hasn’t changed. Best͏ in the Business Lauren's team is top-notch on both the buying and selling side. We worked with Ava to buy a new house and sell our old house. Ava went above and beyond--I cannot recommend her enough. She is knowledgeable about everything real estate/home-related and understands the market. She was very patient and accommodating in our home search and incredibly responsive as we navigated through the home buying process. On the selling side, her and her team did an amazing job marketing our house, formulating a pricing strategy and helping to stage our house for pictures--which were beautiful! Because of all of their hard work and expertise, we had nearly 15 offers and were under contract in a few days (with nearly 50 showings in a single weekend and without any open houses!)--despite the market starting to cool off. The selling process was seamless, due to her attention to detail and guidance. If you want the best, this team should be your go-to!
