I can’t express enough how happy I am with my new home in the East Beach area of Norfolk. Our agent, Laurel(Laurie) was absolutely amazing. She really listened to what we were looking for in a second home. She was patient and accommodating of our schedules and time as we were out of state and couldn’t always be present to see every property. Our home purchase was a year long journey. Laurie was with us every step of the way. Covid and a tight real estate market only added to an already overwhelming process. Laurie worked hard to find us a wonderful beach condo in Virginia Beach. She has a perfect amount of aggressiveness without being pushy which is exactly what we like on the buy side of real estate. As great as she was getting us to the offer and acceptance stage, she was even better in the acceptance to close stage. Laurie is so well connected in Virginia Beach that she helped us ensure that our punch list items were being addressed, she introduced us to the best window treatment people, and even helped us get application forms for the nearby country club. Laurie was absolutely great, she helped guide us through every part of the home buying process.
