Smooth sailing! Lisa’s experience enabled her to zone in on the optimal sale price for my home, market the property to an accurate group of potential buyers and close the sale above my asking price. Through a previous experience with another agency I learned listing high could be the kiss-of-death in selling real estate and the value of having a realtor with expertise and a keen eye to price your home accurately to the market is invaluable.
