Katherine was exceptional as our buyer's agent! She was great about letting us know about future listings, and very flexible with her schedule for house showings. She let us develop our own opinions on houses, but gave us invaluable insights when we asked for them (which we did a LOT). When we finally fell in love with a house, she helped us prepare a competitive, but smart offer to stand out.
