This was our first home purchase and we absolutely couldn't have done it without Lou and Joey. They were our advocates, our negotiators, and sometimes even our emotional support through a trying house hunt in a tough buying market. They stuck by our sides through multiple offers and a few false starts and gave us space when we needed time to regroup afterward. They took great care to get to know us and listened to what we did and didn't like about every single house we considered, and that care manifested when they messaged us early this summer about a house they had just shown. They felt that it would be a perfect fit. We scheduled a viewing and they were 1000% correct. We made an offer that night... and a bit over a month later we've moved into our first home! Before looking at homes, Joey and Lou took their time to meet with me and explain the entire process and also understand exactly what I was looking for in a home. Once the search began, Joey was always quick to answer my questions, meet me at showings, and write up offers. Finally found my dream home and Joey made the whole process go smoothly and quickly.
