We weren’t even looking at the time but thought it was the perfect opportunity! Maggie made the process so easy and painless. It was a super quick process. If it wasn’t for Maggie’s last minute change in our offer (based on her experience and knowledge) we would have lost the house! We can’t thank her enough for such a smooth process. From the start Maggie was extremely responsive which is a very important trait especially in a hot market like this. Our buyers agent made this deal an extremely stressful one and Maggie never lost her cool. She did what I asked and pushed back on the other agent when needed.
