Most of our renovated homes have sold within the first 30 days of being listed on the market.  Many homeowners let their home go for a lot less than they want to because they are outdated, we incorporate our home staging and renovating services to help. Making a great first home impression is important to potential buyers, and helps sell your home faster and for a much higher value! We walk through the entire house and give you a list of items that need to be changed or improved. We suggest if staging or improvements are needed  (room colors, moving of existing furniture, decluttering or adding new furniture)  Vacant Home? No problem! We suggest which rooms need to be staged to attract more buyers and provide room furniture at a minimum cost. At the end of the tour, we give you a before and after home staging value and show you an estimated profit after the sale of your home.

Maria is awesome! We used Maria to both sell our home and purchase a new one. I could tell within 10 seconds of talking with Maria how passionate she was about real estate. Loving what you do is important in order to be successful and that showed in her knowledge of the markets. She walked through our home, had insights on what buyers were looking for and helped stage the home in a way that it looked like it could be featured in a magazine! We sold in two days, had multiple offers and received over list. All this after I thought her recommended listing price was too high - I'm glad I valued her recommendations as they certainly paid off.
