Growing up around the San Francisco real estate industry and having gone threw a few excellent transactions myself, my bar for a realty company is high. Michael, Tracy and the entire Level Up team cleared that bar with room to spare. We were selling our family home in Monterey Heights as part of probate. The team worked with us to get the house ready for sale, managing a lot of the logistics and taking a huge weight off our shoulders in a difficult time. They put together a complete plan to get the house on the market as soon as the court paperwork was done. Their plan succeeded masterfully, resulting in a bidding war and netting us more than we had hoped for. And then the difficulty started with complications on the buyer's side. Michael provided excellent guidance and advice in dealing with the bumps in what turned out to be a much more complex transaction than anyone expected. He was all over the details and the investigation into what was happening all along the way, providing updates and clarity into the process. In the end, the team helped bring this bumpy transaction in for a smooth landing. Michael and his team recently sold our home in San Francisco. Michael suggested we move out so the place could be painted and staged. We weren’t sure about taking on the additional expenses that would require, but luckily Michael convinced us to do it. Michael and his team made it super easy as they took care of everything, even taking care of some needed repairs too. Our place was not too bad to start, but they made it SF ready to sell… and boy did it. With the updated/fresh look of the place along with their detailed marketing plan, after two weeks on the market we got multiple offers and a final selling price much higher than we expected. So we highly recommend Michael and his team not only for their expert knowledge and professionalism… but they are all super nice and very easy to work with too.

Michael Minson and the LevelUp team were a dream team in selling my condo. My place was in "okay" shape to sell but had been rented for a couple years. Michael and his team set about from Day 1 to help me get it in top shape for showings. They pulled inspection reports, helped me get contractors to fix things, invested countless hours in organizing cleaners, painters, floor refinishers, carpenters, negotiate landscape improvements with my HOA, etc. I credit LevelUp with gaining me +$250K over what I would have achieved with any other typical realtor. I recommend Michael and LevelUp to anyone selling in Northern California who wants to maximize their return on a sale. Seriously: THE BEST.
