Do you know that feeling you get when someone actually does what they say they are going to do? Megan and the Modernest Realty team creates that feeling over and over and over again. I tried to think of some constructive criticism for Megan and team but I couldn't think of any. They did everything first class, from a process oriented approach, to data driven decisions, to over communication, but most importantly to a sold house.
