Monique is your top notch agent. We’ve used other agents before and I can say that she went above and beyond for us. She provides added value services that you won’t get with every agent. Her great personality and excellent communication with seller agents was critical for us to get into a home. She also helped us coordinate additional inspections for sewer, roof, etc. which we probably would not have done without her help. This helped us negotiate credits during escrow.
