1) They really care about their customers, explain the details of the service very patiently, ask you why you want this service, and ensure that you really need this service. I really appreciate such customer service because I have encountered too many up sale previously.
2) Excellent service, deliver as they promised.
I was expected to get the report on Tuesday, and Tuesday afternoon I checked my email, didn't get the report. But.....8PM I got a phone call from their office, they are still working on my case, and I got the report 9PM, I was very impressed !!! Do whatever they can to keep their promise.
