My journey with Jessica Jackson of Nicole James Real Estate Group, Inc. was pretty unique to say the least. I worked with Jessica for a little over year with selling my home of 20 years and then purchasing a new townhome. Selling my home was far from easy as we were selling AS IS. My home was built in 1954 so it was quite old and needed a few repairs. At one point I didn't think we would ever sale but Jessica kept me encouraged. That day finally came in November of 2019. Jessica was my advocate through the entire process as the buyer was requesting repairs. Jessica made sure she had someone to come out to assess the repairs to ensure the amount was fair. Once I closed on my house, we were out the gate looking at new homes. I told her what I wanted and she went searching. Whenever I saw new developments, I would send her the subdivision name and she was back to me with information within 24-48 hours. One Saturday, she took me to a new subdivision of townhomes and we hit the jackpot! Everything I wanted and more within my price range. Jessica was with me every step of the way- from signing the initial contract to paying the deposit and ensuring that I did not go over my budget at the design center (lol)"she was on it!" I signed my contract in Feb 2020 and my house was due to be ready by July of 2020. As we approached closing, the unthinkable happened. There was an error being reported on my credit report. As I almost fell apart, Jessica immediately jumped into action. Her words- "We did not come this far to quit, this is your house!! You will get into the house!!" Needless to say, August 19th I closed on my house. When I tell you this lady will go to bat for you...I mean it. She was my advocate and my friend through this entire process.
