Thank you Nicole Peranteau. Nicole made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family. Nicole was professional and personal! She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! Nicole explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker and the seller. This made it really easy to move into my new home in less than 1 month. Being an out of state buyer Nicole was able to even assist with things after the purchase was done, she held my hand up until I was officially in my home and happy she even assisted with getting additional help for renovations and pool maintenance. I can't rave enough about her if anyone is looking for a realtor who will go more than a mile for you Nicole Peranteau is the realtor for you. Again thanks Nicole.

Nicole was amazing to work with from start to finish . She was professional , honest , and sincere throughout . We found our forever home after looking for a home for about two months. Once Nicole came in the picture and heard what we were looking for and interested in , she was right on the ball with it. My husband and I found our home and closed within two weeks of having Nicole as our agent. She explains every detail throughout and is extremely helpful.
