Rented a property with Nomadic back in Jan 2019 and just moved out last month. The process of applying was super easy and online - which I really liked. Finding where to drop off security deposit check was the only problem… for all of about 5 minutes. They are very responsive. When I had maintenance requests, submitting it online was super easy as well, and the maintenance person would reach out to you and schedule a day for repair - typically the same-day which I also was beyond impressed by. I want to give a specific shout out to July! She will always take care of you! When we finally moved out we ran into some hiccups but Nomadic took care of us! Best part, If you move out leaving the property in good clean condition, you will receive your full security deposit just like we did (for the first time as renters ever). We recommend renting with Nomadic Real Estate. Thanks for helping us with our old home, we wish we could stay in a property managed by Nomadic, but we’re moving to Florida where it’s a little warmer!

Erin at Nomadic has been helping me in my search for a new home in DC. She knows the area like the back of her hand, which is really important for us since we have little ones that will be going to school next year. Since I don’t know the area particularly well, Erin was exactly what I needed. Even though we are still searching, the amount of help Erin as been thus far is why I’m leaving this review before I’m even a potential tenant of theirs. I’m that confident I’ll be taken care of.

Tia and the team at Nomadic Real Estate have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They’ve identified every need I had in regards to home size, location, local schools and more. Everyone on the team quickly responded to my questions or concerns no matter how small they may seem. Most importantly, for a new tenant in DC where things can get overwhelming really fast, it's very refreshing knowing that there is someone on your side who truly cares about making sure you're taken care of while moving into this city all by yourself with a new family. I am giving them 5 stars.

We have recently started renting a property managed by Nomadic Real Estate, and they have more than exceeded our expectations making our move in and utilities set up seamless. They have been accommodating, available, quick to respond, polite and professional in every interaction. Reading property management reviews in general, you are always hesitant when moving, and the last thing you want to feel is less than important, but with Erin at Nomadic, we feel that she is there to truly support us. Definitely recommend this company.
