Realtor boards have their purpose but at the end of the day, they are corporate for profit monopolies. ORRA is the same. If I could use the MLS without being a board member I would. But I can’t. Yet. There are some good people who work at ORRA but sometimes try calling for help, long hold times, no callbacks from messages left. Oh and be careful when you sign up online to pay your dues, they add some political contributions onto your annual dues payment which have to be manually unchecked. If you don't, your money is off to the criminals, I mean lobbyists in Washington DC.
