Pam was wonderful to work with. She helped us through every step of the process from getting the house ready to sell to even picking up the final check after closing. She was personally involved in getting the house ready to sell (inside and out) and beautifully staged the house to be shown. She has a thorough knowledge of the area and was able to answer any question we posed. The process was so simple and painless. I highly recommend Pam and would definitely use her again.

Pam is the definition of a consummate professional. She came highly recommended to us by friends who had employed her for the sale of their home and we can see why the loved working with her. From our very first contact with Pam through the close of sale, she was always responsive, friendly, reassuring, and thorough. She went above and beyond in every way possible and made a stressful transaction smooth and surprisingly enjoyable. My only regret is that we moved out of the area and won't be able to use her for future real estate transactions. We would recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy realtor. By accident, I discovered Pam when I was resolving a property issue and needed the assistance of a realtor. This was not her area, but she found someone within her company that could provide what was needed to resolve the issue. Skip ahead to the next move of selling this challenging piece of property. I went back to Pam because her willingness to work with me and her confidence for selling during a difficult time, COVID-19. I am not sure what I would have done without her knowledge, guidance and expertise in the real estate field, and her compassion for all those involved in the transaction. The property was successfully sold in a weekend with multiple bids. Thank you Pam!
