On a business level Linda is unprofessional on every level very rude very disrespectful only want to talk about money but don't want to fix things on the property before move in States they sent someone professional to clean they need to rehire another cleaning service if that's the best they clean the house was very nasty at covid time cobwebs spider webs the refrigerator nasty food still in there how can a company want $1350 for a home that has no update 50+ year home.. have photos to show related to what I'm speaking of.. RENOVATE THE HOME WILL BE MY SUGGESTION.

Linda is wonderful to work with! She won't just throw houses at you and hope something sticks, she will take the time to get to know you and learn what you want and don't want and make recommendations based on that as well as encourage you to find things on your own through other resources. She knows the Raleigh area really well, her specialty being Garner and the surrounding communities. Linda has been a huge help to my fiance and I for learning where things are and finding our way around. We moved to Raleigh from Pittsburgh, PA and the two cities are nothing alike in terms of layout. Wherever we go Linda is able to tell us the best way to get around to our jobs or to visit family.Linda maintains a professional attitude while also being friendly and genuine. She doesn't sell houses she sells homes.
