Priya helped my wife and I find our first home and she was absolutely amazing. Being first time buyers in an extremely competitive market, I don't think we would have ended up with as great a place at as great a price if we had not worked with her. Priya has an amazing background for pretty much any job (MIT, McKinsey). Beyond credentials, she was extremely analytical and rigorous in her approach and her recommendation came from experience and insight rather than a desire to just close the deal. For example, there were multiple times where Priya would push us to hold on our offer price based on their market analysis when a more self-interested agent would have let us raise the offer just to ensure the deal was done. We worked with Priya to sell our condo in Lower Pacific Heights earlier this year. Priya had helped one of our close friends buy a property last year, and they highly recommended her. We can't express how happy and lucky we have been to work with her. We had been thinking about selling for about a year, and Priya sent us market updates throughout the year. Finally, when she felt that it would be a good time to sell, we set up a formal consultation and assessment, and we moved forward with putting our condo on the market.
