I once rented an one bedroom Apartment for 13 months from this company, and I will forever regret it. (1) From dealing with Bedbugs biting me. *I still have the picture on my cellphone of the bedbug bites.* (2) The cooking gas at the stove was turned off by the gas company from August until I moved out of the Apt, in Dec. *no fault on my behalf* I had to eat carry out food and used my small microwave oven to cook my meals. I have medicines that require me to eat food before taking them. (3) The MG (Proverbs 25:18) (4) Although I provided a vacate letter to Mr Banks 30 plus days that I was moving out, and He confirmed that I left the Apt. in good condition, I has to hire a lawyer and file paperwork with dhcd to get my $1,200.00 security deposit. (5) During the signing of the Lease Agreement, Mr. Banks asked me for my ID. I gave him my Driving License, and without my permission he quickly took a picture of my Driving License on his cell phone. Advice to all. Do not allow anyone to take a picture of your Driving License or Personal ID with their cellphone because they can share it (send it by email or text) to anyone including the Police Dept. without your permission. If an Real Estate Agent need a copy of your Driving License or Personal ID, you should request for him or her to use a copy machine or fax machine to place your DL or ID on paper. And when you vacate the Apt. or House, the Agent or Owner should shredder the paper photocopy of your DL/ID.
