The agent I worked with, Etta is the best. We met at a condo she was showing & I asked her to be my agent. She found me the perfect condo and contractor. She kept me sane during the process Not only did she help me buy my new home, she helped me sell my house in 4 days for over list price I will probably never need another realtor, but if I did I'd be back at Quinn and Wilson

My husband and I worked with Renee Meister to sell our house and she made the process seamless from start to finish. She was very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. We sold our house much faster that we expected and were able to get excellent offers. Extremely disappointed with how Carol Gillespie handled us trying to buy a home. We looked at the house, put an offer in, she claimed the homeowner didn't respond. Yet when I followed up with her she told me that the homeowner was fixing up the issues with the house that we noticed, and told me our offer was not going to "cut it." Not so much as a counter offer or anything which leads us to believe that she didn't even give the homeowner an offer. She is extremely shady and not doing her job correctly, probably just trying to get a higher commission. I will not be using a realtor from Quinn & Wilson again.

My husband and placed an offer on a new house in willow grove. The real estate agent was so nasty to out agent. These people are in a service industry and they treated our agent and by extension us with such contempt and just plain nasty that was uncalled for. I hope that the builder LaRosa is aware how they are represented. My husband and I are not stupid and as the house is not done we had a few requests. The builder should be accustomed to having people ask for things that are important to the people buying the house. We will obviously keep looking.
