Mollie was the absolute best to work with! We worked with her to both buy and sell, and each experience was fun, professional, and very successful. Mollie was quick to respond to our messages and made sure we felt comfortable with all of our decisions. We never felt rushed or that we were bothering her, no matter how many questions we asked! She even followed up with us on several items after we bought/sold the houses. Mollie really looked out for us during the buying/selling process.

It shouldn’t be exceptional to find a real estate agent that treats you with respect and kindness and a complete expert who generously uses those talents on your behalf. But it is exceptional, and so is Kim! In the midst of this absolutely gangster housing market, she was the ultimate savy guide! She kept the houses coming in ( that was a feat!) and my offers going out! And my chin up too! (If you’re house hunting you know what I mean.) The team at this firm is also excellent and that was absolutely refreshing when it was time to work with closing coordinators and the like. Tom N5 StarWe relocated to Richmond under pandemic conditions and needed an knowledgeable, experienced agent who could effectively work long-distance. We were very fortunate to find Shane Lott. Communications with her were excellent from the start. No email, phone call, or text went unanswered. Shane could effectively screen properties of interest, either on her own or by virtual tour, which reduced our travel (and covid risk) to see houses. Shane could quickly identify the major systems in older homes (e.g. gas furnace vs. oil vs. HVAC), their location in the house and condition, as well as rate the overall condition of the house (paint, floors, and so on). She was never pushy; rather she was very candid about the pros and cons of each property. She was patient and cheerful when we occasionally got frustrated due to the market conditions. Importantly and when the time was right, she advised on how to make a successful offer in an extremely challenging sellers’ market. Thank you Shane!Wednesday 12th August 2020
