Redlining is vividly happening all throughout Abington and in other counties too! If your trying to sell, Search like your trying to buy so you’d know your realtor really cares about getting you the best deal in comparison to other races/cultures they’re working with. Gentrification is present. They’ll sell your house for low so another race can buy it at low price then sell it for twice as much. While I’m searching, I’m seeing these outdated homes from elder Caucasian owners selling for $300k. Then seeing these updated seasoned homes with even more space selling for $215k. We know the difference!!
