I highly recommend Kira to anyone looking for a place to buy in San Francisco: she's just fantastic! I couldn't have had a better experience than working with her. She's so responsive, so professional, so nice, and she's passionate about her job. I was a first home buyer, and she helped me understand really well the market, what I could afford, and the whole process. I felt comfortable with her from the very beginning, and she understood perfectly what I was looking for and everything I needed. I love the place I bought. Everyone was telling me how stressful it is to buy a place, but Kira made it so easy for me that the whole experience was just happy and exciting. I felt confident that she was looking for the best fit for me. In addition, she's very strategic and things just moved quickly and smoothly. After the closure, Kira has followed up and given me all the advice I needed. Her website is great too, it has a ton of useful information.

A friend who bought a house with Kira recommended her to my boyfriend and I, and after browsing her website, we met with her to talk about what we were looking for. We immediately felt like she understood what was important to us, and were excited to start looking for a home. As everyone knows, the market is super competitive, and the first house we tried to get had 14 offers! We were worried we'd never find a place that we liked (and could actually get). But Kira kept encouraging us, and we ended up "winning" on a sweet condo in our dream location! Kira helped us through the entire process, sending us emails outlining our "next steps" and always letting us know what was going on. Other friends had talked about feeling stressed during the whole home buying experience, and like they never knew what was going on. We felt totally the opposite. Plus, Kira has the perfect mix of optimism, communication and a straightforward manner.

I hired Kira as my real estate agent and she is fantastic, and I can't say enough good things about her. Since this was the first time I was purchasing real estate, I didn't know anything about the process but Kira was here to guide me every step of the way. Kira is THE trusted, most competent, efficient, and friendliest realtor in San Francisco. She is simply amazing! My husband and I were looking to buy a condo, our first real estate purchase ever.
