Liz acted as a “dual agent”, which means she needs to act in the best interest of both parties (seller and buyer). There was no privacy in viewing the house, owner was always present. The sellers property disclosure form not honest. A 40 year old roof that’s never needed repairs, yet the owner gave us the name of the person who did roof repairs for him. No termite damage reported yet Main beam in floor shows termite damage. No water damage reported, yet plaster is falling off ceiling below bathroom, windows and doors never needed replacement yet there are replacement windows and some don’t even open. Asked to disclose if there are any fill or expansion on the on the property, owner told me he was waiting for someone to fill hole in back yard. I would like to know who filled out this disclosure form because the owner did not speak truthfully and the realtor didn’t address his lack of truthfulness. All said and done we’ve learned a lot of lessons. Never go with a dual agent, Realty Mark didn’t guide Liz properly on the dual agent process (Liz got her license March 2022) and alway get your own inspection. BTW when we got to the house personal items were left behind, in the house (closets, refrigerator, basement, furniture etc) garage was a disaster. Realty Mark and Liz Benedict-Waltrich total sham and have no business ever doing a dual agent. I am not the owner, I am the parent of one of the new owners and it breaks my heart to see their first experience buying a home to be such a dump job and no one on their side.

Realty Mark has knowledgeable, professional and friendly people within their company. We had the privilege of working with Ruth Rodriguez (Jeannie). She was patient in helping us search for our home. She was extremely professional and made herself available to answer any questions through the whole process. We highly recommend her. Elizabeth Gimelson was our settlement agent. This was the smoothest settlement we have ever experienced. She was very thorough and knowledgeable in her explanation of every document we signed. Great experience overall!

Great place to work for experienced agents. 100 percent model is great. Choice to join Realty board or not. Free Cruise for agents and guest who do at least 15 closings. Broker is always available if you need support
