We recently sold our home in San Diego with the help of Rebecca Pidgeon and Reef Point Realty. We interviewed five companies in all, and Rebecca was a stand out from the beginning of her presentation. Right! The timing for the zoom pictures/photographs, developing the brochures, pre-sales period to the listing day was a breeze. We accepted an offer after the first weekend of showing the house. Rebecca skillfully negotiated an excellent sales price from the qualified buyers that submitted bids and a two week escrow was launched. Out of the blue, a major issue with the title surfaced and threatened to undo our efforts. We were told it would take three to six months to correct the error and that time frame would have forced us into starting all over months down the road. Long story short, Rebecca pulled in all of the legal, financial, banking, and company title experts available through Reef Point Realty and they managed to solve the title issue. Escrow on our home closed a week and a half after the initial close date.
