Renata was absolutely wonderful in selling my father's N. Arlington home and helping us buy a new condo for him in Alexandria. I first reached out to Renata because my father wasn't sure if he wanted to sell the house on the open market or to a developer. She helped us understand the pros and cons and get a realistic picture of what work was needed to get a good price. She was incredibly patient with my father, who was quite anxious about the whole process. She brought in handymen, painters, and stagers, getting the place ready in record time. We received 2 offers over asking almost immediately. She also helped us to buy a condo in Alexandria. While an easier process, she asked all of the questions we wouldn't have thought to ask, brought in an outside inspector, and helped to ensure that everything was ready for my father to move in. It made a very stressful time much easier. I will be eternally grateful to her.

Renata is an excellent agent who did an outstanding job helping us with the sale of our townhouse in Arlington. She is very knowledgeable of the market and based on her expertise, we were able price competitively which in turn helped sell the house quickly. She was actively involved at all stages, including supporting the preparation of the house for sale, recommending skilled professionals to help with painting, cleaning, etc. and provided complementary staging and pictures. She was communicative, clear, and very responsive throughout the selling process, and provided excellent guidance for any and all questions we had. Renata was such a thrill to work with. She is so knowledgeable of the DC and VA markets and took the time to educate us as first-time home buyers. She was always flexible with her schedule and helped us hone in on what we were really after in our first home. We were able to find the perfect home because of Renata’s attention to detail in the offer-writing process. We put in a few offers during the toughest market period (the pandemic house boom), but Renata always helped us tweak our offer to stand out. Renata even went the extra mile and reached out to several homeowners who may have been considering to sell their home once we narrowed down our search to one neighborhood. In the end our winning bid landed us our dream home. She was there from the first visit to weeks afterwards, checking in on us. Renata is an outstanding realtor, and she made the entire moving/selling/buying process less stressful. She worked hard to make sure the place we were selling was in excellent condition - without spending a lot of money or time - so that we got the best price for it, and she really cared about helping us find a home we love. She provided excellent advice as we searched for new houses, and helped us put together the most attractive offer we could. We are so happy with our new home, and with Renata, and cannot recommend her highly enough.
