Juanita Ford5 StarToday was the first day I walked into Rockin’J Cleaners and upon walking in I was welcomed with me most warm and vibrant smile. I was welcomed and greeted the moment I opened the door. I was bringing my baby karate uniform early so I could take advantage of the same day p/u if d/o by 9am and Mrs Jackie was so amazing and helped me with all my questions and needs. I left there feeling satisfied that my baby will have an amazing karate uniform and in time for his class!!! What a GIM Mrs Jackie was you did great bringing her onboard… look forward to future business and more outstanding customer service!!!Friday 17th June 2022
Christine Shortridge1 StarYeah don’t come here. Walked in and was greeted immediately with attitude. The women asked if I was dropping off and I said yes, I’ve never been here before though. She rolled her eyes and said “LAST NAME” I said my last name and she asked me to spell it. I spelled it out. She looked at me rolled her eyes and said “spell it again.” I started to and when I did she rolled her eyes AGAIN! I said you know what never mind and as I left she said “ha bye” I don’t know how you can greet a potential customer like that. I live around the corner so this place would have been our go to. Facility was closed, another customer was waiting outside and said he was on a tight schedule and needed his clothes, he had called several times and no answer. After waiting 30 minutes, I decided to leave. Sucks because this place is super close to my new house.Saturday 24th September 2022
