Tina Jenkins maximized our sales price and made the whole process easy. Early on, she recommended what we needed to do to prepare our house for sale and suggested a timeline to suit our needs. From that initial meeting, everything went as promised, from getting it photo ready to closing. In a sellers market, we knew our house would sell quickly, but with Tina’s help the process was so calm and easy, and we received a better deal than we hoped for. She was professional and also prepared to roll up her sleeves and help (which we took advantage of), proactive and also quick to respond, and we couldn’t recommend her highly enough.
