Ryan is the best! This was our first home buying experience, so he patiently walked us through every step of the process. We were always able to reach him by phone, day or night, and he always made himself available to walk through homes with us. On top of his excellent customer service, Ryan is skilled in his craft. The results of working with him speak to his expertise: our fist consultation call with him was in late June, and he helped us close on a home by early August of the same year. This was the very first house we placed an offer on and we beat out eight other offers (and we weren't even the top asking price!).
