First off we just have to say, you won’t find a better realtor than Nick! We are so grateful we had him on our side in the home buying process. While we were relocating from out of state he made what could have been an extremely stressful situation pretty much seamless. He was not only knowledgeable in tons of areas in Chicagoland, he took the time to get to know us and really made thoughtful recommendations of what areas he thought we would be the most happy with long term. Since we were doing part of the process virtually, Nick stood in for us when we couldn’t always be there in person and we have found all the vendor recommendations he made during and after the buying process to be top notch. If you are in need of a real estate agent, choosing Nick would be the best decision you could make!

We first worked with Nick in 2016 to sell my condo in Wheaton. I will admit that we were "shopping" realtors a bit at the time yet after meeting with him, there was zero question that we wanted to work with Nick. While I am sure he has put a lot of effort into his craft, working with people and in real estate seems to come naturally to him. He doesn't just care about closing a listing - he really cares about making sure that his clients get what they need and want out of a sale or purchase (even when the client has no idea what that might be). My first condo his suggested list was 10k more than what another Western Suburbs realtor suggested - and it ended up selling for even more than that the first weekend it was listed. I realize that is a unique situation but it just conveys that Nick really knows what he is doing - and again, doesn't just care about making the sale. He wanted to make sure we were able to MAXIMIZE what we were able to get out of the sale. From there we did purchase a Wheaton home. Finding the right home took some time - and a failed inspection on our first contracted home. But Nick never made us feel like a burden or that we were wasting his time (I might have been annoyed with us, but Nick wasn't.) Buying a home is serious business - it is a big investment financially and emotionally. Nick gets this. Fast forward a few years to 2019 and we decide that owning a house is just not for us - we would rather spend out time doing something fun (or nothing at all) instead of home maintenance. Again, Nick competitively listed our home and it was contingent within the first week - in OCTOBER. For some reason I was a lot more emotionally charged in this transaction and fully admit that I overreacted on a couple of things that would come back from the buyers. Nick always calmly replied. He is just a really rational, level-headed person, even when things get a bit chaotic as they will in the home buying/selling process, which only helped us to better navigate the weeks between signing a contract and the closing. He is also really good at helping us laugh things off when needed. Finally in early 2020, Nick spent an evening with us looking at townhomes in the Western Suburbs. One thing I need to point out is that when we reached out to Nick to sell our Wheaton home and move into a townhome - he never questioned our decision. Of course we talked through where we were at and why we wanted to do it so that he understood what we were looking for. He supported us and provided the guidance that we needed to make a knowledgeable decision that was best for us. It is never a rushed process with Nick - we spent as much time as we needed to (or didn't need to) in each home. The last Glen Ellyn townhome we viewed is now our current home. And we literally could not be happier. It has been 10 months and my husband and I constantly comment on how this is truly our HOME - it feels like we have been here forever. And we wouldn't have gotten here without being connected with Nick 5 years ago.
