My wife spoke to Ryan about viewing a home he was the listing agent for since our realtor was out for the weekend (but we wanted to see the home since good homes go fast) and he was quite rude and declined to consider taking us on unless he got a larger commission. It was a pretty unfortunate conversation and made us feel he’s much more worried about the logistics of his cut than getting homes sold for his clients.
